All our alterations are professionally executed. Your tastes and the aesthetics of the original structure are considered to maintain the combined integrity and value of the original architecture. Alterations to existing homes are becoming a realistic consideration for our clients to add value to existing properties in already established suburbs.
We design, create and develop investment homes, commonly known as spec houses.
With spec housing we design and develop our own homes, with the idea of selling them onto our clients. The purchaser who agrees to buy these homes prior to completion may have some limited choices regarding colours, styles of cabinetry, and some variation in the basic floor plan.
