Ivecon Projects were approached by Dr Kneppers to assist with a rather extensive facelift to her house. Her home in Northcliff was relatively dated, with old gutters, aged steel windows, and in dire need of a new coat of paint.

We assisted in sourcing reputable companies to quote on the various aspects of the project, and made sure that the right people were selected, ensuring that Dr Kneppers received the right finish, within the right budget.

Dr Kneppers is a practicing chiropractor and works from home. The works had to be planned to fit in with her schedule. Knowing that this schedule could change at any moment, we worked very closely with Dr Kneppers, thus ensuring that he practice was not affected at all.

The project required us to remove all the steel windows and replace them with custom made Aluminium window frames. These were then plastered in with a modern cill and corbel band. We then repainted the effected internal walls, as well as the entire outside, including the fascia’s and bargeboards.

Major Contributors

The aluminium windows and doors were supplied and installed by CIS Aluminium. The old steel gutters were removed and replaced with new residential aluminium gutters by Mac Mac Gutters.
