Country meets design. This home was uniquely designed for a family who enjoy their home. When you enter the home, you are met with an entrance, lounge and dining area with ceilings that are 7 meters high. There is a large stone clad wall, the main feature to the home, showcasing 2 magnificent fireplaces that heat up the space in winter. The kitchen was designed to be a part of the main living area.

The bedrooms are secluded to the back of the house, all overlooking a magnificent landscaped garden. The house incorporates a closed off bar and entertainment patio, which allows for all year entertaining, however easily opens up onto the pool on those hot summer days. A private guest wing affords guests their own space. A full home theater makes use of the home automation incorporated with the build, and a private gym and home office matches the home-owners lifestyle.

This home was the first Steel Frame house built in Waterfall, and was completed in 2012

Major contributors

With the home automation being a major feature of the house, Panavision provided the seamless solution. 2 contemporary staircases with supporting ballustrading was provided by Steel Studio. Yet again, Eurofit Kitchens  was employed to provide the kitchen, vanities and built in cupboards.

The stone wall feature, being such a prominent design to the home, was supplied and installed by Colonial Stone (Now called Creative Stone). Aluminium 3000 provided the Aluminium doors and windows, which was also a major feature to the external design of the house.
